The much-awaited Grand Winter Carnival of P. B. Academic School was held on 22nd December 2024, creating an unforgettable day of joy, excitement, and community spirit. Despite the inclement weather, a significant number of attendees turned up to celebrate the occasion, making it a resounding success.
The carnival was a delightful blend of entertainment, creativity, and festive cheer. From mouth-watering delicacies to an array of engaging activities, the event had something for everyone. The fun game stalls were a major highlight, featuring popular attractions like nail art, a tattoo corner, and adventurous activities such as a ropeway and bungee jumping. The live music corner kept the atmosphere vibrant, while the SUPW stalls showcased the students' handcrafted creations, which were greatly appreciated by visitors.
One of the most anticipated moments of the day was the arrival of Santa Claus in the afternoon, spreading joy and distributing goodies among children. The event concluded with the thrilling raffle draw, where participants eagerly awaited their chance to win exciting prizes.
The school principal, Mrs Madhuparna Andrews expressed her happiness and gratitude for the remarkable turnout despite the weather conditions. She acknowledged the collective efforts of the staff, students, and volunteers in ensuring the smooth execution of the carnival.
