Subject: Council’s effort to continue with its initiative on ABP Ananda by conducting ‘live lessons’ for Classes IX to XII.

 

Dear Principal,

This is further to the Council’s letter dated 10^th April 2020 informing you of our initiative to start the teaching of certain subjects through the medium of television, in partnership with ABP Ananda. The response last week to our efforts was overwhelming and very positive.

Once again, the Council is pleased to announce that we have taken this initiative further, with plans to conduct ‘live lessons’ on television. A detailed schedule of the subjects, class level and dates have been given in the chart below: –

An evening with mothers!

Purushottam Bhagchandka Academic School cordially invites Parents of Pre-Nursery, Nursery for a motivational session with the Principal Mrs Madhuparna Andrews on 18th April at 6 pm over Zoom.

Dear Parents

Hope everyone is keeping well.

School is taking various measures for the benefit of the students. Our teachers are starting online classes, our back office is making sure that all parents queries are answered. 

In the current scenario, we have deferred our Session and Development fees which is due in April and May to July and August. 

I sincerely request all parents to pay up Basic Fees from April,2020  onwards so that smooth functioning of school is possible.

Council’s initiative to reach out through Television 

Dear Parents,

Thank you so much for the overwhelming response for the Talk with the Principal.  We are extremely sorry as some of the parents couldn’t log in, because of over congestion, we will be soon posting a video of all the points discussed.

As discussed Pre-Nursery to Class XII will start Online Classes from Monday.  The schedule, meeting ids will be posted in the website.  Attendance to online classrooms will be compulsory. Please regularly check the school website.

 
New Admissions who does not have books, we will put a snapshot of the chapter.  You can do your work in any copy or paper and can later staple it in your new book.

 
Our teachers and office staff are all working from home so that best can be delivered to our students in this circumstances. 

But nevertheless please be safe, maintain social distance.
